Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your tracking shows "Delivered" to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return price is paid by the customer.

To start a return, you have to contact us through our contact form.Your message should also explain the reason of your return request (defective item, change of opinion, etc).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a link to buy a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Prices for the label are available here. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you happen to return the product without contacting us, be aware our return address is not shown on the package: the items will be considered as lost, and you will not be refunded.

If you wish to return the product because you’ve changed your mind about it, you will be offered a credit note (discount code) of the same value as your order to use on our store.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days post reception to warn us about any damages.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

False or incorrect address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we decline all responsibility for the loss of the parcel or its non-delivery.

No refund or compensation will be given in such circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete in order to guarantee correct receipt of the parcel.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by contacting us, and once the return or exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We send all refund on the 1st of each month, meaning if we confirmed by email you are going to be refunded, the necessary actions will be taken the 1st of the next month.
